Joy werkt in de praktijkgroepen Litigation & Arbitration. Zij houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met cassatieprocedures bij de Hoge Raad, met een specialisatie in het ondernemingsrecht. Voorheen was Joy ook werkzaam in de praktijkgroep Corporate M&A, waar zij bedrijven adviseerde bij nationale en internationale fusies en overnames.
