Ze is gespecialiseerd in ondernemingsrecht en contractenrecht en heeft in de loop der jaren brede ervaring opgedaan in talrijke zaken binnen een commercieel spectrum. Voorheen was Joy werkzaam in de praktijkgroep Corporate M&A, waar zij bedrijven adviseerde bij nationale en internationale fusies en overnames.
