Hij adviseert en begeleidt nationale en internationale cliënten en staat hen bij in complexe aandeelhoudersgeschillen, enquêteprocedures, geschillen tijdens en na een overname en aansprakelijkheidsprocedures. Daarvoor werkte Ralph in de praktijkgroep Corporate/M&A van Houthoff.
