Jurre advises on technology and digital business matters and has broad experience representing clients in legal disputes with users, suppliers, customers or competitors. Jurre has been involved in groundbreaking legal proceedings about data protection (GDPR), platform liability, advertising and artificial intelligence. He also assists clients in investigations and enforcement actions by the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) and the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Dutch DPA).
Jurre acts for a diverse clientele, including consumer product manufacturers, automobile manufacturers, platforms, digital service providers and financial service providers. Jurre works together with colleagues in Houthoff’s Litigation, Employment, Financial Regulatory and Competition teams on a day-to-day basis to ensure the highest level of service.
