Kateh works in the Corporate/M&A practice group. She is involved in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other collaborative arrangements, with a particular focus on the energy and industrial sectors. In addition, Kateh advises on regulatory matters within the energy sector, including compliance with sector-specific regulations. Before joining the Corporate/M&A practice group, Kateh was part of the Public Law practice group, where she focused on environmental law. Kateh is currently seconded to a client, where she works as a legal counsel. She advises, among other things, on the implementation of the Collective Heat Act (Wet collectieve warmte), including the mandatory public private cooperation requirements and the amendment of the existing contractual framework to comply with the new statutory requirements.

- Advised CVC DIF in connection with its investment in Low Carbon, a renewable energy company. Low Carbon drives renewable energy growth by developing, building, and operating utility-scale solar, onshore wind, and battery storage projects across the UK and Europe, with an operational capacity of approximately 1 GW of which more than 135 MW in the Netherlands.
- Advised and represented Investindustrial Group Investments S.A R.L. ("Investindustrial") on its acquisition of Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco, collectively one of the leaders in the design and manufacture of customized equipment and solutions for the food processing industry with a focus on potato processing systems.
