Eva Luna is an associate in the Corporate/M&A practice group and specialises in national and cross-border M&A and capital market transactions, such as investments and listings. She also regularly advises listed and unlisted companies, shareholders and other stakeholders on corporate governance, joint ventures, securities law and general corporate law.

Eva Luna joined Houthoff in 2021 and worked at the London office’s Banking & Finance practice for a year and a half.

  • Advised on the direct listing and admission to trading of all ordinary shares of The London Tunnels PLC on Euronext Amsterdam and the subsequent placing of new shares.
  • Assisted e& in forming a strategic joint venture with PPF Telecom Group. e& acquired a controlling stake (50% plus one economic share) in PPF Telecom Group. The transaction value is EUR 2.15 billion, with a potential earn-out of up to EUR 350 million.
  • Advised Bridgepoint Advisers II Limited as a local counsel on its acquisition of the SK AeroSafety group, specialising in maintenance, repair, overhaul and the design and manufacture of aerospace systems and components.
