Jessica Terpstra is based in our London office. She is a finance lawyer and advises financial institutions and corporates on debt and debt capital market transactions. Jessica also advises clients on derivatives and debt-related financial regulatory matters. She is a member of the IBA and the Dutch Association of Financial Law.

  • Advising Van Loon Group on its acquisition by Van Rooi. As a result of this acquisition, a company will be created that is active across all levels of the food chain.
  • Advised and represented Agilitas Private Equity Services Limited on the acquisition of TenCate Advanced Armour Holding B.V., the global leading manufacturer of lightweight survivability solutions.
  • Advised the listed British flooring manufacturer Victoria plc with the succesfull restructuring of its debt.
