Lucy specialises in privacy law, information law and intellectual property law. She regularly advises on intellectual property, privacy and e-commerce-related matters and litigates in intellectual property cases. Her work also includes advising on IP, IT and privacy-related aspects of M&A deals.

- Advised Authentic Brands Group LLC, together with Latham & Watkins, with the acquisition of a controlling ownership interest in substantially all of the intellectual property of Guess?,Inc..
