Naomi Dempsey is counsel in both our Employment & Pensions and Supreme Court Litigation teams.
She has extensive experience with all aspects of employment law and civil litigation, ranging from collective and individual dismissal to pension related matters and co-determination.
As one of the few employment lawyers in the Netherlands, Naomi is also a member of the Dutch Supreme Court Civil Bar. She has unequalled experience in litigation before the Supreme Court and at all levels. Naomi litigates for clients and also acts as an internal and external adviser for other lawyers in important cases (including appeals), both employment and pension-related and otherwise.
