- Represented Kone before the Dutch Supreme Court in preliminary ruling proceedings and follow-on proceedings for damages started by claims organizations after the European Commission established a cartel in the elevators and escalators industry.
- Represented Orbia and its subsidiary Vestolit in landmark civil damages proceedings before the Amsterdam District Court relating to the EU competition law ethylene infringement. In the first major damages proceedings involving four purchasers of ethylene, the claimants brought billion-euro claims alleging that the infringement had resulted in lower ethylene prices, causing them significant harm. The Court concluded that it was implausible that the infringement had caused any damage to the claimants and dismissed both claims in their entirety
