Sander specialises in complex construction and real estate projects, project finance and major construction disputes. He has extensive experience with a wide range of (construction) contract forms, including UAV 2012, UAV-GC 2025, EPC, FIDIC, DBFM(O), NEC4 and turnkey, and advises on a wide variety of construction-related matters. Sander assists a broad array of clients in the construction, real estate, infrastructure, transport and energy sectors. He regularly publishes and lectures on issues relating to construction law.
