Tijn is part of the Corporate/M&A practice group, where he advises clients on an array of matters, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and governance issues. Previously, Tijn worked as part of the litigation and arbitration practice group on commercial and insurance litigation matter.

- Advised Orkla Foods on its acquisition of a 40% stake in Go-Tan, a leading European brand within Asian sauces, marking a strategic investment aligned with Orkla’s growth ambitions in the sauces segment.
- Advised Omoda Brands on the acquisition of Wehkamp, one of the Netherlands’ best-known online retail platforms. Through this acquisition, Omoda Brands is returning Wehkamp to Dutch ownership after 11 years.
