  • Adviseerde Cognite Holding B.V. en haar grootste aandeelhouders, waaronder Aker, TCV en Accel, bij de verkoop van 100 procent van de aandelen in Cognite aan Schneider Electric. Cognite is a leading software and AI company that supports industrial organisations in their digital transformation. The transaction is set to become the largest Norwegian software and AI exit to date and ranks among the largest industrial software transactions in Europe.
  • Advised Dümmen Orange on entering into a strategic partnership with Syngenta Flowers, both of which are global players in ornamental breeding and propagation.
  • Advised Bent Pixels, together with Faegre Drinker, on the acquisition of Sunny State Agency, a Netherlands based influencer and creator marketing agency. With this transaction, Bent Pixels strengthens its presence in Europe and further expands its capabilities in brand partnerships and creator led marketing.
