Vermeg operates through two established business units. The capital markets division provides solutions for post-trade processing, asset servicing and collateral management to financial institutions and market infrastructure providers. The life insurance division supplies core technology for policy management, primarily to life and health insurers in France and the Benelux.
Since 2020, Ouali has been working with Charterhouse Capital Partners to drive Vermeg’s further growth. During this period, Vermeg has strengthened its focus on software for capital markets and insurance and has continued to build a business model with stable, recurring revenue. This development has been supported by further investment in technology, AI innovation and international growth.
