Aniek van de Graaf

Aniek works in the Investment Management practice group. Her work includes establishing, structuring and restructuring of investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and retail funds (UCITS and non-UCITS). She also advises asset management companies, pension funds and other institutional investors on matters such as discretionary and fiduciary/integrated asset management and asset-pooling transactions, as well as laws and regulations governing financial institutions.

Aniek previously worked in the Corporate/M&A practice group, where she was involved in national and international mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of cooperation. She has represented both private equity and strategic investor.

  • Advised Denso, a global automotive components manufacturer, with the acquisition of Axia Vegetable Seeds Group, a leading seed supplier.
  • Advised and represented Investindustrial Group Investments S.A R.L. ("Investindustrial") on its acquisition of Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco, collectively one of the leaders in the design and manufacture of customized equipment and solutions for the food processing industry with a focus on potato processing systems.
  • Advised Quadrum Capital in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in KMWE Group, an international supplier and partner for the high-tech equipment and aerospace industry.
