IK Partners sells majority stake in Acture Group
IK Investment Partners is selling its majority stake in Acture Group, a leading provider of holistic employee welfare solutions, to Rivean Capital. Rivean Capital will acquire the stake in Acture Group from the IK Small Cap II (“IK SC II”) Fund. Co-Founder and current CEO Maudie Derks and the management team will be reinvesting in the group.
