The Employment Group and Egeria sell Venk Professionals

The Employment Group and Egeria are selling Venk Professionals, a leading white-collar staffing platform operating in the technical and public sector. Venk Professionals operates under the complementary brand names ‘Voort’ and ‘koen.’ The Voort brand focuses on the temp-to-perm model and the koen. brand on the interim model.

The transaction involves a carve-out of the ‘Voort’ and ‘koen.’ brands and business operations from the wider group of The Employment Group. A key topic of attention from a legal perspective was the changing regulatory environment for self-employed workers.

The transaction is subject to obtaining approval from the ACM. The transaction is expected to close in early 2025.
