She advises and represents clients in disputes involving financial distress, directors’ liability, stakeholder management and international restructurings. Drawing on her experience in finance transactions, she is able to place legal proceedings in their broader transactional and financial context.
Before joining Houthoff, Charissa worked for ten years at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where she developed into an experienced litigator and specialist in financing, restructuring and insolvency law.
