Voorheen werkte Bloem in de praktijkgroepen Intellectual Property, IT Law en Privacy & Data Protection, waar zij betrokken was bij het adviseren, procederen en contracteren over intellectuele eigendom, privacy- en gegevensbescherming en IT.
