Advised SDK Vastgoed B.V. on the EKP development adjacent to the Den Bosch centre which will include 800 apartments, a school for higher education (bachelor), a theatre, office space, restaurants, cultural space and 430 parking spaces.

Assisted the Salvation Army in setting up the investment fund 'Stichting Leger des Heils WoonVermogen' for construction projects that make a social impact. The 'Stichting Leger des Heils WoonVermogen' is funded by private investors and aims to build 250 residences for vulnerable people in the coming years.

Advised Schiphol Real Estate on the purchase and transfer of CBRE Investment Management's share in WTC Schiphol, making Schiphol Real Estate the full owner of the office complex.

Advised Angelo Gordon on the acquisition of shares and membership rights in 26 entities, resulting in the acquisition of a real estate portfolio consisting of 86 buildings with 2,946 residential units and commercial spaces by a group of investors led by TPG Angelo Gordon for an amount of approximately EUR 700 million.

Advised Greystar on the acquisition from 3w real estate and AT Capital, of 407 to be developed residential units in the Orchard I project in Rijswijk.

Advised Egeria Real Estate Development and FLOW Real Estate in relation to the financing of the redevelopment of the Strawinskyhuis, located at the Zuidas in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The financing is provided by Bentall GreenOak, a debt fund.

Advising Tristan Capital Partners on the financing with ING Bank N.V. to acquire a portfolio of over 700 residential units in the Rotterdam and The Hague area.

Advised AXA IM and its developer Provast on the acquisition and redevelopment of the ABN AMRO office building in Coolsingel in Rotterdam.

Advised CBRE IM on the sale of the Heuvel Galerie Shopping Centre in Eindhoven to a consortium of 3W and AT Capital.

Advised Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on the EUR 155 Mn sale of the shopping centre Almere Stadshart to Dutch retail investor UMB Group and a consortium of Dutch private investors.

Advised on the acquisition of the shares in the IEF portfolio by a consortium led by CBRE Investment Management (three institutional investors from the Netherlands, plus CBRE Dutch Retail Fund). IEF is a joint venture formed by Bouwfonds Investment Management and IEF Capital. The portfolio consists of 31 Dutch retail properties (mostly flagship stores), including the well-known Dutch retail chains HEMA and de Bijenkorf.

Advising the Dienst Wegverkeer (RDW), and guiding the 150+ hectare land transactions, around the realisation of the Mobility and Infrastructure Test Center (MITC).

Advised CBRE Investment Management, on behalf of one of its funds, on the acquisition of two holiday parcs from Dormio, by way of an asset deal, and acted as notary regarding the preceding share transfer deal, involving 30 vacation parks, from Roompot (KKR) to Dormio.

Advised Vestia, once the largest social housing corporation of the Netherlands, with the legal demerger of Vestia into three new social housing corporations.
