- Advised Castik Capital S.a.r.l. on the acquisition of paraDIGMA Group.
- Adviseerde het private equity-bedrijf Bridgepoint bij de overname van het gehele aandelenkapitaal in NMi Topco B.V. (NMi), wat onderdeel was van het Amerikaanse private equity fonds Levine Leichtman Capital Partners.
