Zij adviseert private equity-fondsen en (beursgenoteerde) ondernemingen met betrekking tot uiteenlopende vennootschappelijke kwesties, inclusief M&A-transacties, herstructureringen (carve-outs) en joint ventures in verschillende industrieën. Eerder deed Josephine ervaring op bij de praktijkgroep Intellectual Property en IT van Houthoff. Van september 2021 tot februai 2023 heeft Josephine gewerkt vanuit de Londense vestiging van ons kantoor.
