Ze houdt zich bezig met wet- en regelgeving omtrent, onder meer, beleggingsondernemingen, financiële dienstverleners, betaaldienstverleners en verzekeraars. Voorheen werkte Manouk op de praktijkgroep Corporate / M&A en ze is dan ook betrokken bij advisering over fusies en overnames in de financiële sector.
