Marco is gespecialiseerd in het privacyrecht, IT-recht en het intellectuele eigendomsrecht (IE). Voordat hij advocaat werd is Marco werkzaam geweest als Legal Counsel bij ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Marco heeft een bijzondere interesse in het gegevensbeschermingsrecht en IT-recht. Hij procedeert regelmatig over IE kwesties en adviseert ook geregeld over de IE, IT en privacy gerelateerde aspecten van M&A transacties.

- Advised Castik Capital S.à r.l. regarding the acquisition of a majority stake in WATR Group, a market leader in groundwater management and (ground-)water purification from funds advised by Borromin Capital.
