Olav specialises in construction law and public procurement law within the Construction & Development practice group. He advises major private and public sector clients in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors, as well as on procurement matters across a wide range of other industries. In addition, Olav regularly represents clients in litigation and in national and international arbitration proceedings. In doing so, he draws on the extensive litigation experience he has gained over the years, as well as his expertise in, among other things, the procurement of large scale projects and the drafting and review of various forms of complex contractual documentation.
