Sam Vermeeren

Sam specialises in company law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. He advises clients on domestic and international transactions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of partnerships, as well as corporate governance matters. He represents both private equity and strategic parties.

In addition to his Corporate / M&A work, Sam has experience in corporate and commercial litigation.

  • Advised and represented Tummers Holding B.V. on the sale of 100% of the shares in Tummers Beheer B.V. (the Tummers group) to Industrial Food Automation B.V., an independently managed investment company affiliated to Investindustrial that holds the Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco Systems brands.
  • Advised Houdstermaatschappij Vostermans B.V. on the sale of Vostermans, an international family business specialising in the development, production and distribution of premium axial fans for the agricultural and industrial markets, and in high-quality aluminum castings for a wide range of industrial applications, to Knop Investments.

  • Advised Nedvest and Techone, a leading Dutch Managed Service Provider and trusted IT partner for SMEs, on the sale of Techone B.V. to KKR.
